All of our garlic is typically strong and hot in flavor. The soils in the Gillie basin provide high concentrations of natural minerals that produce the flavor that makes our garlic some of the best in the northeast.

Italian Red: 10-15 cloves per bulb. Soft neck Artichoke variety. Good strong flavor.

GSF-65: 8-10 cloves per bulb typically but sometimes less. Stiff neck Rocambole variety. Hot flavor, awesome garlic for cooking.

Riesig: 6-8 cloves per bulb typically but sometimes less. Similar to the German Red, bulb size is  larger, red/purple clove skin.

German Red: 10-12 cloves per bulb, large bulbs nice circular structure. Popular for roasting.
